Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support across channels (email, phone, etc.), ensuring fast, friendly, and solution-oriented responses. Analyze and resolve a broad range of customer issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams when escalation is needed to drive resolution. Proactively share insights from customer interactions to help improve our products, processes, and documentation. Develop and maintain deep product expertise to serve as a trusted advisor for customers and colleagues. Track and document all support activities with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Contribute to team learning by sharing best practices and supporting onboarding of new team members. Proven experience in a customer-facing or support role, ideally in SaaS, technology, or a fast-paced environment.
